Territory

Located in the heart of the classic Valpolicella, our vineyards are all located in Villa in the municipality of Negrar di Valpolicella. Thanks to its location, the soil is rich in mineral salts, with high permeability.

Organoleptic Note

the valpolicella classic review doc massaro norma It has a ruby red color with violet reflections, intense and persistent. the perfumes we find   they are the characteristic onesflavors of red fruit, with a prevailing note of cherry. Complexity that is confirmed by the nose in the mouth, with further spices and a savory finish reminiscent of mineral and almond.

Refinement

Strictly traditional, classic blend, destemming, fermentation in steel tanks for approximately 10 days, frequent pumping over, daily checks. Aged in wood for 12 months in 250 liter Slavonian oak barrels.

Pairings

Valpolicella Ripasso Classico DOC Massaro Norma pairs perfectly with first courses of soups, risottos and pasta or second courses of meat and fresh and mature cheeses. It maintains its characteristics for more than 9-12 years. as tradition dictates, red wines must be stored in cool (below 18 degrees) and dimly lit places not subject to high temperature changes.
